Created for Level 2 students, this pathway builds the fundamental knowledge and practical confidence that ever skin therapist’s career is built on. You will develop confidence in consultation skills to Face Mapping, discovering our professional-only range and developing the skill of retailing regiemes.
Ideal for Level 3 therapists who are ready to explore technology-led treatments, the science of diverse skin and the client care practices that define a confident, commercially aware professional.
Designed for Level 4 and above, the pathway covers everything from microneedling and PRO Power Peel, to skin science, clinical assessment, and how to run a successful skin health practice.

What is the Aspire Programme?
A free, structured education programme from Dermalogica for beauty and aesthetics students across the UK and Ireland. It includes 23 workshops, three digital credential awards and a route to professional certification that aligns to your curriculum.
Who can join the Aspire Programme?
Any beauty or aesthetics student studying in the UK or Ireland. You do not need to attend a dermalogica partnered college to access the core programme. Partnered college students receive additional benefits including Experience Days and retail discounts.
How much does it cost?
The Aspire programme is free for students to attend.
What qualifications will I earn?
You can earn three digital credential awards: the Aspire Skills Award, Aspire Employability Award and Aspire Excellence Award. Top achievers can also unlock professional certification through the Ready to Work programme.
How can I access the workshops?
Register a free profile on the Dermalogica Learning Hub here. Workshops are available via livestream, on-demand and in-person at Dermalogica training centres.
