What is the Aspire Programme?

A free, structured education programme from Dermalogica for beauty and aesthetics students across the UK and Ireland. It includes 23 workshops, three digital credential awards and a route to professional certification that aligns to your curriculum.

Who can join the Aspire Programme?

Any beauty or aesthetics student studying in the UK or Ireland. You do not need to attend a dermalogica partnered college to access the core programme. Partnered college students receive additional benefits including Experience Days and retail discounts.

How much does it cost?

The Aspire programme is free for students to attend.

What qualifications will I earn?

You can earn three digital credential awards: the Aspire Skills Award, Aspire Employability Award and Aspire Excellence Award. Top achievers can also unlock professional certification through the Ready to Work programme.

How can I access the workshops?

Register a free profile on the Dermalogica Learning Hub here. Workshops are available via livestream, on-demand and in-person at Dermalogica training centres.

What is a Dermalogica partnered college?

A partnered college has a formal relationship with dermalogica, giving students access to in-person Experience Days, a 40% retail discount through the Student Store, Student of the Year nominations and hands-on training sessions.
