How do I become a Dermalogica partner?
The first step is to fill out the account application form. Once we have received this, we will notify you of next steps.
What qualifications do I need?
You will need a minimum Level 2 in Beauty Therapy of Facial Skincare that has been issued by a recognised awarding body such as VTCT, Qualifi, ITEC or CIBTAC.
What training does Dermalogica provide?
Education is at the root of everything we do at Dermalogica. Our industry-leading education programmes provide you with all the knowledge you need for success. From treatment fundamentals through to advanced microneedling and chemical protocols, you have access to in-person workshops, livestream sessions, and on-demand training.
What support will I receive after launch?
Once your account is open, you’ll have ongoing support from a dedicated Business Consultant who can visit as often as every 6–8 weeks. Their role is to support you in growing your business, this can include marketing strategies, treatment menu planning, promotional ideas, and event support, as well as helping you maximise revenue through both services and retail. They’re also there as your go-to Dermalogica expert for any day-to-day guidance or questions. Alongside this, you’ll have access to ongoing education, digital tools, and brand resources to keep your team confident, up to date, and continuously developing.
What treatments can I offer?
As a Dermalogica partner, you can offer a results-driven menu of professional skin treatments including our signature ProSkin treatments, advanced skin resurfacing, Pro Power Peel, microneedling, and customised treatments tailored to your clients’ individual skin concerns. We’ll help you build the right treatment menu for your business and clientele.
How quickly can I get started?
Getting started can be quicker than you think. Once your enquiry has been reviewed and your opening package confirmed, products can often arrive within as little as two working days after payment, with training arranged promptly so you can launch with confidence.
Do you support marketing and business growth?
Yes. We provide marketing support, launch guidance, promotional ideas, event support, and tools designed to help grow both treatment bookings and retail sales. Your Business Consultant will work closely with you to identify new opportunities and maximise your business potential.
Can my existing business model work with Dermalogica?
Yes. Dermalogica works seamlessly alongside many business models including salons, clinics, medi-aesthetic practices, and wellness spaces. Whether you currently offer beauty, injectables, laser, or holistic services, we can help you integrate professional treatments and retail opportunities into your existing business model.
Will I have access to a wider community?
