1983

Jane Wurwand, founder and chief visionary opened The International Dermal Institute to provide professional skin therapists with postgraduate training.

1986

Dermalogica was born. A product line created to improve skin health without using common irritants and ingredients that could cause breakouts.

1998

MultiVitamin Power Exfoliant launches, delivering maximum-strength exfoliation in the treatment room.

2001

Our iconic Daily Microfoliant launches and is still a best seller to this day.

2007

Award-winning PreCleanse launches - the first step in the Dermalogica Double Cleanse.

2013

IDI turns 30 - training more than 100,000+ Professional Skin Therapists worldwide.

2017

Pro Skin 30 and 60 treatments debut, helping PSTs customise treatments around their client's lifestyle.

2018

Dermalogica continues to innovate with professional products and tools for the PST: Pro Power Peel launches and Face Mapping goes digital!

2019

Advanced treatments are introduced including Microneedling, Dermaplaning and IPL.

Our Clear Customer Experience training wins the Princess Royal Award.

In a tough year, Dermalogica was able to support our PSTs with Clean Touch Certification.

Dermalogica launches Pro Pen, an industry leading Microneedling and NanoInfusion device.
